A company sought to enhance the yield of a liquid-phase catalytic process. To support this effort, AVN constructed a semi-batch laboratory unit and conducted extensive testing across a range of catalysts and operating conditions. Through these experiments, key factors influencing overall yield were identified, including the effect of recycling unconverted reactants. The insights gained proved instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the development program.
