AVN partnered with a customer on a collaborative initiative to design a pilot plant for producing a specialty polyolefin. The engineering phase focused on selecting suitable equipment—including a reactor, pumps, flowmeters, process control systems, and post-processing components—while also evaluating analytical techniques to support operation. A comprehensive design safety review was conducted to verify engineering controls for safe operation. Construction and equipment costs were estimated based on the preliminary design concept. Upon completion, AVN delivered a detailed report that equipped the customer to make informed decisions about the project’s future direction.
