A company had invented a route to a product that required strict exclusion of air and moisture. The laboratory procedures being used were not amenable to larger operation, so AVN developed a design for operation at larger scale. After preliminary tests and modification of the procedures, the process was carried out to provide multiple kilograms of the desired product.
