Bruce Balser

Bruce Balser is the Construction & Operations Coordinator, providing construction support through planning, scheduling, and materials procurement to the Pilot Plant Business Unit. Prior to joining AVN in 2023, Bruce worked at Kureha PGA, where he was a DSC Board Operator, Operations Planner, and Gatekeeper.
