George Phillips is a Principal Research Engineer, responsible for Pilot Plant Operation and Chemical Technology. Before joining AVN in 2023, he worked for Dow Chemical as a Technology Leader for LP Oxo Licensing (2005-2023) and Improvement Leader (2002-2004) and also as a Process Engineer for Union Carbide (1988-2002). Mr. Phillips is also the co-inventor for 7 US patents.
Mr. Phillips received his Bachelor of Science (1986) and Master of Science (1988) degrees in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University.
