PILOT PLANT LEADER

Todd Morgan

Todd Morgan is the Pilot Plant Business Unit (BU) leader, responsible for leading the BU’s strategic growth in demonstration and validation, data collection for scale-up to commercial operations, market development production, and other specialized testing. A mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of experience within the chemical industry, he has expertise in corporate improvement initiatives, continuous/lean manufacturing, mechanical integrity, and capital spending reduction.

Prior to joining AVN, Mr. Morgan held a variety of leadership and technical roles, most recently as senior reliability engineer for Belle Chemical Company, and before that as mechanical engineer lead at Worley.

Mr. Morgan holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
