A company had been operating a process that was not originally developed to produce a solid product. The product needs had changed, and the company wanted assistance with controlling the process to consistently produce crystalline product with the desired crystal morphology and size distribution. AVN devised and carried out a statistically designed set of experiments to map the product qualities with reaction conditions and was able to recommend useful process parameters.
