A company operating a chemical plant recognized the need to improve the performance of the plant and contacted AVN to participate in the assessment. Design and operating information were shared with AVN’s multidisciplinary team, including experts on process chemistry and engineering, separations, and catalysis. Following the initial technology exchange, the AVN team visited the plant site and spent three days drilling down into the details of the operation. Initial feedback was presented and was followed up with a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations.
