A client was producing a crystalline product obtained through the reaction of several feed materials. The product had inconsistent properties resulting from varying crystal size and morphology. AVN designed a set of experiments to determine the effects of reaction and crystallization variables on product quality. Results from the study allowed the selected variables to be controlled to consistently meet product quality standards.
